Chocky milks! This post is to all my tradie mates who love their smoko which includes the iconic chocolate flavoured milk.
There is a whole lot of fuel in 600ml of flavoured milk. Like ‘Norco Real’ providing nearly 500 calories and over 11teaspoons of sugar per bottle. There’s a big difference in flavoured milks. The ‘Oak Plus no added sugar’ gives half the sugar and nearly half the calories but 50% more protein than Norco Real. So keep an eye out on which ones you buy. Also they come in 500ml sizes or bigger and remember the standard serve of milk is only 250ml!
