How might you benefit from physiotherapy?
Have you ‘put on’ excess body weight and feel the strain in your back? Consider a specific, individualised exercise program to address these issues.
Are you pregnant? Consider the importance of being in the best physical state to optimise the health of you and your baby during your pregnancy, during labour and post natally.
Do you experience chronic pain or arthritis? Experience relief from pain and improvement in muscle power, endurance, joint flexibility and pain free movement with daily tasks.
Have you considered exercise in water? Hydrotherapy is gentle, non-impacting though effective exercise method to strengthen weak muscles and improve movement in painful, stiff joints.
